Coaching
In the Western world we often separate the body and the thinking mind (“thanks” Mr. Decartes!); when in reality, they are two sides of the same coin, and one simply does not exist without the other.
We tend to “store our issues in our tissues” - all the traumas (however big or small!) from our childhood, every time we’ve felt hurt, upset, angry or guilty - they all settle somewhere in the body and turn into stress, chronic pain or illnesses.
Think of your conscious mind as a tip of an iceberg, with the rest of it - your subconscious mind - hidden deep underwater. By only relying on our thinking mind without exploring our subconscious feelings, emotions, needs and desires, we are locking away an important part of ourselves and cannot achieve true health and happiness.
It is my strong belief that only through honoring our body and learning to listen to it, can we embark on an exciting journey of healing and transformation.
In my coaching sessions I use a variety of techniques and practices to help my clients connect with their subconscious and create a new perfect picture of the world they want to live in. In addition to conventional coaching tools and models, I also introduce my clients to immersive meditations and metaphorical associative cards (MAC) as well as elements of art and body-oriented therapy, mindfulness and breathwork.
How we work together
I believe that coaching is an equal partnership between a coach and a client, and I will be guided by you as much as you will be guided by me.
As a coach, I will:
- Listen carefully and without judgment
- Ask relevant questions
- Challenge when appropriate
- Support and show empathy
I will not:
- Give advice or tell what to do
- Find solutions to problems
As a client, I only ask that you bring your open mind and participate in the sessions. We will explore what you want to address and when you are ready to do it.
There is no minimum or maximum amount of “recommended” sessions to attend as people’s goals vary significantly, but a measure of my success is to know that my clients no longer need me.

I offer individual and group coaching sessions online via Zoom at a mutually convenient time and face-to-face sessions in Portishead (Bristol), England, UK.
