My name is Tatiana Shuvalova-Mirren, but my friends call me Tati. Welcome to my page – we are friends now. As a life and well-being coach my mission is to empower people to be healthy, happy and in control of their lives and help them become the best possible versions of themselves.

ABOUT ME



I am a certified Life Coach with extensive knowledge of the psychosomatic (mind/body) approach. In simple terms it is “psychology meets yoga” and this is a result of my long lasting interest in practical psychology and my personal experience as a yoga practitioner of over 25 years (and a teacher since 2019).

From my early childhood, I have been determined to become a creator of my own destiny and live my life to the fullest, free from expectations of others. I love travelling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures. As a result, I have lived and worked in 4 countries and while doing so, I have explored a variety of different careers.

With each move to a new place, I also had to reinvent myself, personally and professionally, but remained authentic at the core. My life has not always been easy and I have faced and overcome many obstacles on my path to becoming the person I am today - strong, confident, resilient - and with a huge desire to help other people to feel the same way.

My most important value in life is personal growth and my biggest passion is supporting others on their journeys of self-discovery and evolution. As a coach, I hold a safe and nurturing space for people to achieve their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. This, in turn, has a positive impact on all areas of their life: relationships, physical and mental well- being, personal and professional goals.

My Approach

I combine traditional life coaching (goal setting and addressing specific issues in personal or professional lives) with a psychosomatic method (from Greek “psyche” meaning soul and “soma” meaning body). It means I rely on the elements of practical psychology (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), gestalt, etc.) with a blend of useful techniques from yoga and meditation to encourage our bodies and minds to work together as one.

My Philosophy

“They may forget what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel” is my motto as a coach and yoga teacher. Some of my students and clients may feel stressed, tired or overwhelmed when they arrive and my goal is for them to leave our sessions with a feeling of self-acceptance, inspired to change their lives for the better.
